The Asset Management Department administers all Capital, Preventative Maintenance and Construction contracts (tenders). This department serves as the technical information resource for the Corporation. Asset Management ensures the most cost effective programs and methods are implemented in order to maintain and manage all CHC physical assets.
The day to day maintenance of our units (general repairs and upkeep) is the responsibility of the Property Management team through the Operations Department.
